We have many different varieties of pepper seedlings available. Seedlings are currently available for preorder and pickup will be this spring. Pickup will be in Warkworth, Brighton, or Smiths Falls, Ontario. Please contact us via email or social media to place your order today!

Cayenne
It is usually a moderately hot chili pepper used to flavor dishes. Great peppers for drying and making into red chili flakes or powdered cayenne.
Habanero Hot
Citrusy and sweet, the habanero is plenty spicy at 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville heat units.
Hungarian Hot Yellow Wax
A favourite for pickling, these hot peppers are around 5,000 to 15,000 on the Scoville scale. They have a glossy skin and thick flesh with a sweet, slightly hot flavour.
Jalapeño
The classic Jalapeño Pepper! Produces a large quantity of juicy dark green chili peppers measuring 3.5 inches long. The fruits will ripen slowly during the red season. Jalapeños are between 2,500–8,000 on the Scoville scale.
Jimmy Nardello Sweet
Jimmy Nardello pepper is considered one of the best frying peppers because its flesh fruity becomes creamy and soft when fried. It is delicious fresh but can also be dried. At maturity it is deep red, its elongated body often bends and twists as it grows.
Lemon Drop Hot
A seasoning pepper coming from Peru that ripens a bright yellow, sometimes with a slight purple tint. Clocks in at between 30,000 and 50,000 Scoville heat units. A very prolific plant with lots of fruit.
Lesya Sweet
The sweetest of all peppers and with the thickest flesh. The unique pointed heart-shaped fruit ripens to a deep red and has intensely juicy texture. Plants are stocky and high yielding, an overall rugged and easy-to-grow pepper!
Mini Sweet Bell
Mini Bell Peppers grow on short and stocky plants covered with sweet 5 cm (2") fruits. The delicious 2-3 lobe peppers have an excellent fresh flavor. Great for planting in containers.
New Mexico 6 Chili
Mildly-hot, all-purpose heritage chili plant that produce good yields of 7-9" long by 1 ½" wide red peppers. Excellent for drying, stuffing, roasting, frying, stir-fry, and canning.
Red Cherry Hot
Exceptional flavor, versatility, and ease of growth, striking a perfect balance between medium heat and a delightful sweetness. Between 2,500-5,000 SHU. Its fleshy and juicy nature makes it ideal for pickling in vinegar, stuffing, or enhancing various dishes.
Serrano
The serrano chili pepper is a quite a bit like the well known jalapeño pepper, similar in color, but smaller, about 1 to 4 inches long on average and 1/2 inch wide. 5,000 to 15,000 Scoville units on the chili heat scale, serranos are up to five times hotter than their cousin, the jalapeño.
Shishito
This is a neat pepper. You can pick them when they are green or red. They are a mostly mild chili pepper, with a sweet, smokey flavour. BUT, one in ten peppers will be spicy! They make a great appetizer.

Large, sweet fruit that start out green and change to purple and finally red. The bushy plants are short, reaching only about 18 inches.
