Tomatoes

We have many different varieties of tomato seedlings available. Seedlings are currently available for preorder and pickup will be this spring. Pickup will be in Warkworth, Brighton or Smiths Falls, Ontario. Please contact us via email or social media to place your order today!

Amish Paste

These are a type of roma tomato, but are larger, more meaty, with less seeds. The ultimate canning tomato. They are a deep red on the bottom and a green/yellow on the top.

Black Beauty

A large very dark, almost black, tomato. These tomatoes ripen very dark on the top and bright red on the bottom. A beautiful addition to any salsa or salad.

Black Cherry

The heirloom black cherry features a dark colour, round shape, and has a sweet, rich flavour. Mature black cherry tomatoes measure about 1.5 inches. 

Black Pineapple

These are huge tomatoes! They have a yellow, blue and red skin, with a bright green flesh with red streaks. With a smokey, citrus flavour these tomatoes are definitely a show stopper!

Black Strawberry

These are a small one ounce tomato. They ripen to a blue, black, red and gold colour. They have a very fruity flavour and are perfect for snacking.

Black Zebra

This deep burgundy tomato has jagged green stripes on the outside and solid mahogany coloured flesh inside. This is a natural and stabilized cross between a black tomato and the Green Zebra. The same size and shape as the Green Zebra, but it's flavour has more punch.

Blueberry Cherry

Blue cherry tomato! Fruits start out bright purple and as they ripen turn to almost black on top and burgundy red on the bottom. Mild, fruity and sweet tasting.

Brad's Atomic Grape

Elongated cherry tomato with some wild colours. Purple stripes, turn olive green, red, brown/blue when ripe. Perfect for salads with their sweet flavour and wild colours.

Garden Peach

My absolute favourite tomato! These little ones look just like a small peach! They are the same colour, and even have a fuzzy exterior. They are super sweet and make THE best sweet peach coloured salsa.

Green Zebra

One of my favourites! These tomatoes are very prolific with a sharp bite to them. They are on the smaller side, around 3 ounces each. With a bright green flesh, they make a very brightly coloured salsa.

Hundreds and Thousands - SOLD OUT

This tomato is well suited for hanging baskets. Produces hundreds and thousands of small, dime sized tomatoes. One of the highest yielding cherry tomatoes. Perfect for snacking!

Pineapple

These are massive tomaotes! Some getting as big as 2lbs! They are marbled red and yellow all throughout the fruit. 

Purple Cherokee

Tomatoes have a lovely dusky pink/purple colour.  Medium-large flattened globe shaped fruit. Little gel and seeds make it perfect for canning. Relatively short vine compared to other varieties.  

Red Zebra

Fire engine red fruits overlaid with golden stripes. Fine, slightly acidic flavour, not unlike Green Zebra. A cross between a red tomato and Green Zebra.

Roma 

Roma's are great for canning. They have minimal seeds and less juice making them excellent for tomato sauce. These hardy plants produce tons of tomatoes.

White Cherry - SOLD OUT

These plants produce a heavy crop of creamy-yellow, semi-translucent white fruit. A low acid tomato variety, white cherry is wonderfully sweet and juicy.
